It all started one foggy December day in San Francisco. I was racking my brain for the perfect homemade Christmas gift idea for my family and friends – something really special that I could pour my heart and soul into that would be totally, uniquely “me.” As opposed to, say, a pair of socks.
And I came up with…granola. Not just “any granola”, the perfect granola. Except, I wanted to go beyond perfection.
So I started experimenting with ingredients. I mixed and measured and blended and baked and tasted and tested until I came up with the best granola ever – sweet and crunchy, nutty and wholesome – the kind of thing you don’t just eat for breakfast, but can munch on all day long.
I packed up my creation, designed a special label, sent out my gifts and waited for the big day. Would my Christmas treat be a hit? Or should I have bought those socks instead?
No socks necessary. It wasn’t just a hit – it was a sensation.
By 10 am my phone was ringing off the hook. Everyone loved my granola. Everyone wanted more. People I’d never even met were asking for it! Word was spreading, demand was growing – my little Christmas gift turned out to be a granola revolution! Before long, family and friends were pushing me to share my granola with the rest of the world and go into business.
After some prodding, I took their advice – the granola I baked for my family and friends that Christmas season is the same granola you’re about to enjoy. They all swear it’s not just the best granola they’ve ever tasted; it’s the best THING they’ve ever tasted, period. Of course, they know and love me…but I think you’ll love my granola just as much as they do. Every batch is made the same way I make granola for my family and friends – with fresh, natural ingredients, made by hand and baked in small batches. I like to think you can taste the TLC in every crunch!
Ever since that foggy December, I’ve spent a LOT of time in the kitchen. I’ve perfected my original recipe, and added new flavor blends to satisfy every kind of craving. Enjoy it for breakfast, for a snack, with ice cream or yogurt or right out of the bag…it’s always a good time!

Then we glaze everything with a mouth-watering blend of organic maple syrup, pure honey, brown rice syrup and a touch of butter. And we slowly bake every batch to bring out our granola’s signature crunch.
Finally, to make sure it’s the best, crunchiest, most addictive granola you’ve ever tasted, each batch is tested before it leaves our kitchen. And no batch ever stays on a store shelf more than 31 days – so it’s guaranteed fresh and delicious.
